General

Do you deliver?

Yes, to Gloucester, Cheltenham and surrounding local areas. Please contact me to discuss your area.

What are your delivery charges for funerals and weddings?

There are no charges for funeral orders. One complementary delivery is included per wedding order. Any additional locations will be discussed on booking.

Can I change the colours or flowers in the images?

Yes, I can tailor make any arrangement the images are just examples.

How do I pay for my order?

I take card payments over the phone, you can pay online, or I can send you an invoice for a bank transfer.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes please ring me on 07818828882, I love to chat all things flowers.

Where do your flowers come from?

All my flowers are delivered fresh from the Dutch flower markets. I do not hold stock so fresh flowers are received for each order.

Do you take bouquet orders?

Yes, I can on occasions when I have stock in or I have enough notice. I am mainly a funeral and wedding florist but am happy to take bouquet orders if I can, just give me a ring to check.

 Funerals

Do you offer bespoke arrangements?

Yes, I am happy to discuss your wishes to provide the perfect arrangement for you. Take a look at my funeral flowers page for examples of my custom tributes.

How much notice do you need for funeral orders?

Ideally a week if possible but I can take orders up to 3 days in advance depending on availability of flowers and stock delivery times. If ordering online check the calendar for availability.

What are your funeral packages?

The funeral packages have been arranged for you so all family members can easily place an order. This then gives the family a variety of different tributes within the same colour theme. Packages are also better value than placing orders separately.

Can I add additional tributes to my package order?

Yes, by all means. You can add as many tributes as you like. The package colours will all be the same but any additional orders can be the colour of your choice.

Can I write a card message for my funeral tribute?

Yes of course, you can either collect cards from me, the funeral director, or I am happy to write the message for you.

 Weddings

How do I book my wedding consultation?

I offer an hours free consultation to discuss your flowers. You can either call me, email or make an initial enquiry on my Facebook page.

Do you have a minimum order for wedding flowers?

Yes, the minimum order is £350.00 to book the day. If your budget is smaller contact me to chat through your requirements.

How much deposit do we have to pay to secure the date?

To book your special day it's a 10% deposit of the agreed order following your consultation.

When is the final balance due?

The balance is due 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding day after all flowers have been finalised.

Do you have terms and conditions?

Yes, a copy will be sent to the bride and groom on booking. This ensures that both parties are happy with all arrangements.

Can I change my booking after the deposit has been paid?

Yes you can add to the booking anytime before the final invoice is sent. Reductions to your wedding flower order are possible, but you need to refer to the terms and conditions for amounts and time limits.

I'm worried about my wedding having to be cancelled because of Covid-19?

I totally understand your concerns and i will work with every couple to be as flexible as possible. You can move your flowers to a future date without any charges subject to availability on the day. If you have paid the final invoice in full this can be carried over to your new booking as long as the flower order has not been placed.
